Partner — Intellectual Property & Antitrust (San Diego)

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its San Diego office to lead and grow a combined intellectual property and antitrust litigation practice. The role will sit at the intersection of patent litigation (particularly life‑sciences and technology matters), antitrust work tied to private‑equity transactions, and related corporate matters.

The position is practice‑focused and commercially oriented: you will handle trial and complex contested matters, advise sophisticated corporate clients, and collaborate with deal teams on transactional antitrust and IP risk. The team serves clients across private equity, life sciences, technology and energy sectors.

• Established partner track record in patent litigation and antitrust litigation, with experience handling complex, high‑stakes matters and trials.
• Demonstrable client development ability and an active, portable practice or relationships to generate work.
• Strong corporate/transactional experience advising on antitrust issues in private equity and M&A contexts.
• Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s); admissions and qualifications appropriate for partner level.
