Partner — Intellectual Property & Antitrust (Technology) — New York

Market-facing partner role for an established New York team handling patent litigation and competition matters with a strong technology focus. The group routinely advises clients across private equity, life sciences, energy and other technology-driven industries on high-stakes disputes and transactional IP issues.

The role is ideal for a partner with a portable litigation and client-development record who can lead matters, originate work, and integrate across patent, antitrust and technology-transaction practices. The team offers collaboration with cross-practice colleagues on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters.

• Proven partner-level litigation experience in patent and/or antitrust matters, ideally involving technology clients.
• Track record of originating and growing client relationships; portable book of business required.
• Experience advising private equity, life sciences or energy clients on IP/antitrust risk and litigation strategy.
• Strong courtroom and trial experience or managed-leadership of major disputes; excellent client-facing and business development skills.
• Active admission in New York (or ability to obtain).
