Top-tier national law firm is seeking experienced lateral partners to join its Las Vegas office. The firm is building its IP and corporate capabilities and is especially interested in partners with established practices in patent/IP litigation, corporate transactions/governance, and mass-torts or ERISA-related litigation.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative, multi-practice platform with strong cross-office support and opportunities to originate and lead matters. The team values partners who can help grow client relationships and integrate work across litigation and transactional practices.

Established partner with significant experience in intellectual property litigation, corporate work, or mass torts/ERISA litigation.
Portable practice and demonstrable book of business (business development track record required).
Proven ability to lead matters, mentor junior lawyers, and work collaboratively across practice groups.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and strong professional references.
