Partner, Intellectual Property & Litigation — Greenville

Established national full-service firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Greenville office with a focus on intellectual property litigation and corporate work. The role will support and grow an existing IP litigation bench while contributing to corporate governance and transactional matters.

Ideally suited to an experienced trial lawyer with a portable practice who can generate new business, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across offices on complex, high-value matters. The team handles patent and other IP disputes, select mass-torts matters, and corporate governance engagements.

• Proven partner-level experience in IP litigation, including patent disputes; strong trial or contested-litigation background
• Demonstrable client development skills and a portable book of business
• Experience working on corporate governance or transactional matters desirable
• Track record of leading teams, mentoring associates, and cross-office collaboration
