Partner, Intellectual Property Litigation — Minneapolis

Leading US law firm seeks a partner to join its Minneapolis IP group focusing on patent prosecution, licensing and patent litigation. The role will involve managing complex matters across life sciences and technology, including Hatch-Waxman litigation and trade‑remedy investigations before the International Trade Commission.

The team handles both counseling and contentious work; the partner will be expected to develop and oversee cases, advise on licensing and portfolio strategy, and work collaboratively with national trial and appellate teams. This is an opportunity to join a well‑resourced practice with regional and national matters.

• Established partner-level experience in patent prosecution and patent litigation, with experience in Hatch‑Waxman and ITC/Section 337 matters preferred
• Proven ability to originate and manage client engagements and to work with multi-office teams
• Technical background in relevant technologies or life sciences advantageous
• Active bar admission and eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdictions
