Partner opportunity for an experienced intellectual property lawyer to join a busy Minneapolis practice handling both patent and trademark matters. The role combines counseling and enforcement work, including patent and trademark prosecution and litigation, and requires client-facing experience managing IP matters from strategy through dispute resolution.

The practice values lawyers who can develop and maintain client relationships, work collaboratively with litigation and transactional teams, and help grow an established IP practice. This is a partner-level opening where a portable practice or demonstrable origination ability is a strong advantage.

Proven partner-level experience in patent and trademark law, including prosecution and enforcement
Strong client development and relationship-management skills; portable practice desirable
Licensed to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s); technical background or patent bar admission is a plus
Ability to collaborate across practices and supervise junior lawyers
