Partner, Intellectual Property (Litigation & Prosecution) — Las Vegas

Senior IP partner opportunity in Las Vegas for an attorney to lead and expand a full‑service intellectual property practice. The role combines patent prosecution, licensing and contentious work, with responsibility for managing complex patent litigation and regulatory matters.

The successful candidate will join a well‑established team and work on matters including Hatch‑Waxman litigation and ITC Section 337 investigations, while also developing and executing business‑development strategies to grow the practice in the region.

• Established partner with significant experience in patent prosecution, licensing and patent litigation
• Track record handling Hatch‑Waxman matters and ITC Section 337 investigations or similar regulatory/patent enforcement proceedings
• Proven client management, team leadership and matter‑management skills at partner level
• Ability and willingness to develop business; portable client relationships welcome
