Leading regional law firm is recruiting a lateral partner for its Raleigh office to expand its intellectual property and litigation capability. The role will focus on patent and IP litigation, with additional opportunities to work on corporate matters and complex mass-tort or ERISA-related disputes.

The firm is seeking a senior lawyer with a demonstrable portable practice who can generate and manage significant client work, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across offices nationally. There is flexibility on practice mix and a willingness to evaluate equity or compensation arrangements on a case-by-case basis.

Established partner with a portable book of business and a proven ability to originate and grow client relationships
Substantive experience in IP/patent litigation or corporate transactional work; mass torts or ERISA experience a plus
Track record of leading teams, managing matters, and producing business development results
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to obtain admission
