Leading international firm seeking an experienced partner to join its San Francisco IP practice with a focus on patent prosecution and IP litigation. The role involves handling complex patent disputes and overseeing strategic prosecution work for technology-focused clients.

The successful candidate will lead and grow a team, work closely with litigation and technical specialists, and contribute to business development efforts. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate and manage client relationships is welcome.

Proven partner- or senior-level experience in patent prosecution and IP litigation, including courtroom or contested proceedings experience.
Track record of leading teams and mentoring associates on complex matters.
Demonstrable business development ability or portable client relationships; comfortable driving growth in a competitive market.
Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to practice in California.
