Partner — Intellectual Property Litigation, San Francisco

Seeking a partner to join a busy IP practice in San Francisco with a focus on patent litigation and prosecution. The role will sit on the litigation team and collaborate with transactional and prosecution colleagues on portfolio strategy and contested matters.

The successful candidate will handle high-stakes patent disputes, mentor associates, and work closely with sophisticated corporate clients. A portable practice and demonstrable client-development ability are welcomed.

• Established partner-level experience in patent litigation and patent prosecution.
• Track record of leading contested matters, including court and/or ITC proceedings.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships and to originate work.
• Experience supervising and mentoring associate teams.
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
