Leading law firm in San Francisco is seeking a lateral partner to join and co-lead its Intellectual Property and Media & Entertainment practice. The role focuses on advising clients on IP matters arising in advertising, marketing, digital media and related commercial issues.

The position combines client work and business development: handling substantive IP matters, managing client relationships, and growing a practice in the advertising/media space. You will lead and mentor a small team within the office and collaborate with firm colleagues on cross‑practice matters.

Established partner with significant experience in IP and media/advertising matters
Proven client-development and business-generation record; a portable book of business is welcome
Experience managing and mentoring associates and leading client teams
Admission to the California bar or eligible to be admitted
