Partner, Intellectual Property — San Francisco

A well-established, litigation-focused firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Intellectual Property practice in the San Francisco office. The role will focus on leading high-value IP matters, managing client relationships, and developing new business.

The successful candidate will join a busy team handling complex IP litigation and disputes. This position requires a seasoned trial advocate who can mentor junior lawyers, contribute to strategic case planning, and be a visible rainmaker for the practice.

• Established partner or equivalent with substantial experience in intellectual property litigation.
• Proven trial and courtroom advocacy skills and experience managing major IP disputes.
• Portable practice / demonstrable book of business and a track record of originating or cultivating client relationships.
• Experience supervising and developing associates and participating in business development initiatives.
• Bar admission in California (or ability to obtain) preferred.
