Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its San Diego litigation team focused on intellectual property and healthcare matters. The role will handle high-stakes IP disputes and coordinate litigation strategy for clients in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.

The ideal candidate will help grow and mentor a team, work closely with cross-practice colleagues (IP, regulatory, and health industry groups), and play an active role in client development. A portable practice or demonstrable business development capabilities are welcomed.

Established partner-level IP litigation experience, ideally with healthcare or life sciences matters.
Proven trial and appellate experience and comfort with high-stakes dispute resolution.
Track record of business development; ability to bring or grow client relationships.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills; collaborative approach working across practice groups.
