The successful candidate will join a broad national practice with resources to support complex patent, trade secret and related disputes arising in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. A portable practice and demonstrated client-development ability are welcomed.

Proven partner-level experience handling intellectual property litigation (patent, trade secret, or related technology disputes)
Track record of leading litigation teams and managing complex matters from pleading through trial or dispositive motion practice
Experience in healthcare or life sciences industries preferred
Demonstrated client-development and business-generation capabilities; portable practice welcomed
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction(s) and ability to work from the Sacramento office
