Established national law firm seeking a lateral partner to join its Winston-Salem office to strengthen IP litigation, corporate and mass-torts capabilities. The role is a front‑office leadership position with responsibility for originating business, developing client relationships and collaborating across related practices.

Ideal candidates will focus on patent/IP litigation, complex product‑liability and mass‑tort matters or corporate governance and ERISA‑related work. The firm values partners with a portable practice or significant client relationships and offers flexibility on compensation structure for high producers.

Established partner-level experience in IP litigation, complex product‑liability/mass torts or corporate/ERISA work
Proven track record of origination and client relationship development; portable book of business preferred
Demonstrated experience leading teams and working collaboratively across practice groups
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted
