Senior lateral partner opportunity in a well-established national firm seeking an experienced leader to join the Raleigh office. The firm is looking for partners across Labor & Employment, Corporate and IP litigation practices, with priority given to candidates who can grow and lead a practice area locally and regionally.

Ideal candidates will have a portable practice and a demonstrated track record of originating and managing client relationships. The role offers flexibility on compensation structure and collaboration across multiple offices and practice groups.

Established partner with significant experience in Labor & Employment, Corporate transactions, or IP litigation
Proven business development and client origination record; portable book of business preferred
Strong team leadership, mentoring and matter management skills
Admissions and credentials required to practice in the jurisdiction; excellent communication and negotiation abilities
