Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its New York employment and labor team. The role will involve managing complex counseling and litigation matters across traditional labor & employment and employee benefits issues, leading client relationships, and supervising junior lawyers.

The position offers a platform to grow a portable practice and participate in business development initiatives with an experienced, multi-office team. This is an opportunity to take a visible leadership role in a busy, market-leading employment practice.

  • Partner-level experience in labor & employment law, including employee benefits experience
  • Track record of client development and relationship management; portable practice welcomed
  • Experience supervising and mentoring associates and managing matters end-to-end
  • Admission to practice in New York (or ability to obtain)
