The role will involve managing complex counseling and litigation matters across traditional labor & employment and employee benefits issues, leading client relationships, and supervising junior lawyers.

Partner-level experience in labor & employment law, including employee benefits experience
Track record of client development and relationship management; portable practice welcomed
Experience supervising and mentoring associates and managing matters end-to-end
Admission to practice in New York (or ability to obtain)
