Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Labor & Employment practice in West Palm Beach. The role will handle a mix of counseling, litigation, and preventive employment work for a diverse roster of corporate and institutional clients.

The team advises on traditional labor matters, workplace policies, discrimination and retaliation claims, wage-and-hour issues, and employment agreements. The position offers client-facing responsibility, team leadership, and opportunities to grow a regional practice.

Portable practice/clients are welcome; the firm values rainmaking and business development experience that will expand the local platform.

Established partner-level experience in labor and employment law, including counseling and litigation.
Proven client development and practice-building skills; a portable practice is a strong asset.
Track record managing client relationships and mentoring junior lawyers.
Excellent written and oral advocacy and counseling abilities.
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or eligibility to become admitted.
