Top-tier global law firm is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen and grow its Life Sciences and Technology practice across the firm’s US and UK platforms. The role will focus on complex technology transactions and cross-border work for clients in biotechnology, life sciences and fintech.

The successful candidate will join an established team, leading or originating client relationships, working on high-value commercial and licensing matters, and collaborating with corporate and regulatory colleagues across offices. The firm is open to candidates with a portable practice.

Proven partner-level experience in technology transactions and life sciences or biotechnology matters.
Track record advising life sciences, biotech or fintech clients on licensing, commercialization and cross-border deals.
Demonstrable client development skills and ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
Admission to a relevant bar/jurisdiction and comfort working across US and UK matters.
Strong commercial judgment and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
