Seeking a partner to join and lead a Life Sciences & Technology practice in the firm’s Orange Country office. The role focuses on commercial and transactional work for technology-driven healthcare and life sciences companies, including licensing, collaborations, commercial agreements and strategic transactions.

The successful candidate will have an established, portable practice and be expected to drive client development, originate matters and mentor a small team. This is a visible role with significant client-facing and business-building responsibilities.

Proven partner-level experience advising technology, life sciences or healthcare clients on commercial and transactional matters
Established portable practice / book of business and demonstrated origination ability
Strong client development and team leadership skills
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and good standing
