An established privacy and data-security partner role with a well-regarded national law firm. The role will lead and grow privacy, data-protection and cybersecurity work for a commercially focused technology practice based in Los Angeles.

The team advises on cross-cutting privacy compliance, incident response, vendor/data-transfer issues and project-driven product launches. This is a visible client-facing position with both matter work and business-development responsibilities.

Proven partner-level experience advising on privacy, data security and related technology matters.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable book of business is required.
Strong drafting and counseling skills on privacy policies, vendor agreements, incident response and regulatory compliance.
Licensed to practice in California or able to become licensed; excellent client-development and team leadership abilities.
