Established international law firm is seeking a partner-level hire to strengthen both its commercial litigation and corporate transactional bench in the San Francisco office. The role is focused on high-value commercial disputes and cross-border and domestic M&A and corporate work.

The team is prioritizing group or team moves that will immediately increase transactional and litigation capacity rather than single-player hires. Candidates should have a demonstrable, portable practice or an established pipeline of client work and be comfortable handling large, complex matters across multiple industries.

Proven partner-level experience in commercial litigation and corporate/M&A work.
Demonstrable client relationships and a portable practice or clear, sellable book of business.
Track record leading teams and managing high-value, complex matters.
Experience advising clients in sectors such as life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or automotive preferred.
Active bar admission and ability to practice in California.
