Established national litigation team is seeking a lateral partner to join the Phoenix office to lead and expand high-value commercial and professional-liability litigation practices. The role focuses on employment and healthcare-related disputes, with opportunities to handle construction and other defense matters.

The position offers a client-facing leadership role: developing business, supervising litigation teams, and managing complex, multi-jurisdictional matters. The team supports cross-practice collaboration and has capacity to integrate a portable practice.

Proven partner-level litigation experience with a focus on employment, healthcare, and professional liability matters.
Track record of originating or managing client relationships and developing business; a portable practice is welcome.
Experience supervising associates and leading case teams in federal and state court litigation.
Strong client management, trial-readiness, and billing/career-development skills.
