Well-established national litigation firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its San Diego team, with a primary focus on commercial litigation and labor & employment matters. The role will handle matters across professional liability, healthcare and construction disputes and combine casework with client relationship management.

The partner will lead and mentor a team of associates, manage significant litigation matters from intake through trial, and contribute to business development efforts in the region. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate or grow client work is welcomed.

Admitted to practice in California (or able to obtain admission).
Proven partner-level experience in commercial litigation and labor & employment matters.
Experience with professional liability, healthcare or construction disputes preferred.
Demonstrated record of business development and team leadership; portable practice valued.
Strong oral advocacy and litigation management skills, including courtroom/trial experience.
