Partner opportunity with a leading national law firm seeking an experienced litigation partner to join its Tampa office. The role focuses on commercial litigation with significant emphasis on employment and labor matters, professional liability, healthcare and construction disputes.

This is a client-facing partner role expected to develop and expand a litigation-focused practice. The team handles a mix of trial and complex contested matters; the firm offers national platform support while maintaining a strong regional presence.

Established partner with a track record in commercial litigation and employment/labor matters.
Demonstrable experience in professional liability, healthcare or construction disputes preferred.
Proven client development skills; a portable book of business is welcomed.
Active bar admission (Florida preferred) and substantial courtroom/trial experience a plus.
