Senior litigation partner opportunity in a major Toronto office. The team is growing opportunistically and seeks an established trial and commercial litigator with a portable practice across environmental, construction, securities, white-collar or estates litigation.

Candidates should be able to originate and sustain high-quality fee work, supervise associates, and maintain market-appropriate billing practices. Moves with a team are welcome where the partner’s portable practice supports that structure.

Established partner-track litigation experience in one or more of: environmental, construction, securities, white-collar or estates litigation.
Proven ability to originate and retain client work and manage a portable practice (book of business required).
Strong reputation and track record of leading matters and supervising associates.
Comfort billing at market-appropriate rates and integrating work across practice teams.
