Established national law firm seeks a senior litigator to join its Denver team to lead healthcare-related and technology-enabled disputes. The role focuses on complex healthcare litigation including False Claims Act defense and managed-care matters, alongside commercial and cybersecurity/cryptocurrency/AI-related litigation.

The position offers leadership of client matters, development of litigation strategy and team management within a busy practice. The firm is looking for a partner who can steward existing client relationships and grow a portable practice in healthcare and technology disputes.

Proven partner- or senior-associate-level litigation experience, including courtroom and appellate work
Demonstrated experience in healthcare litigation (FCA defense and managed-care matters) and technology-related commercial disputes
Comfort handling matters involving cybersecurity, cryptocurrency, and AI issues
Track record of client development and ability to build or bring a portable practice; leadership and mentoring experience
Bar admission in Colorado (or willingness to qualify)
