Established national firm is seeking a partner to lead and grow a litigation practice in Denver with a focus on healthcare and technology disputes. The role will handle defense-side healthcare matters and commercial litigation arising from technology, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and cryptocurrency-related issues.

The successful candidate will manage complex, high-stakes litigation, supervise junior lawyers, and work closely with cross-practice teams on regulatory and transactional touchpoints. A portable practice or demonstrable business development record in healthcare or technology disputes is welcome.

Partner-level litigation experience with a substantial focus on healthcare litigation (including FCA/healthcare regulatory defence or managed-care disputes).
Experience handling technology-related commercial litigation (AI, cybersecurity, cryptocurrency or similar areas).
Proven trial and/or dispositive-motion experience, strong client-facing and matter-management skills.
Demonstrable business development ability; portable book of business or clear pipeline preferred.
