Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Tampa litigation team, focusing on healthcare-related disputes and technology-enabled business litigation. The role will handle complex matters arising from regulatory, managed-care and technology risk areas, including work tied to AI, cybersecurity and digital-asset issues.

The team serves a broad mix of institutional and corporate clients and offers opportunities to lead major defense matters and to grow practices across healthcare and emerging-technology sectors. This is a partner-level opening for an experienced litigator interested in a client-facing leadership role.

Established litigation partner with significant trial or contested litigation experience, ideally with healthcare and technology matters.
Experience defending regulatory and managed-care disputes; familiarity with False Claims Act (FCA) defense is a plus.
Track record handling technology-related disputes, including AI, cybersecurity or digital-asset matters.
Portable client relationships are desirable; comfortable leading client engagements and business development.
