Established national law firm is seeking an experienced partner to join its Research Triangle Park office to grow litigation, IP litigation and corporate practices. The role will involve bringing and developing a portable book of business, leading client matters and collaborating across transactional and contentious teams.

The group is particularly interested in partners with mass tort/product liability or complex commercial litigation experience, patent/IP litigation experience, or corporate governance and ERISA-related practices. The firm prioritizes growth in southeastern offices but is open to strong lateral candidates across its U.S. footprint.

Established partner/lateral partner with a portable practice and demonstrated book of business
Proven trial or IP litigation experience, or significant corporate/ERISA transactional experience
Leadership skills, client origination and ability to work across practice groups
Comfortable with a flexible compensation structure; openness to equity discussed on a case-by-case basis
