Partner — Litigation & Intellectual Property (Denver)

Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Denver office and help expand high‑value litigation, intellectual property and corporate work. The role is practice‑focused and offers opportunity to lead matters, develop client relationships, and collaborate cross‑office on complex litigation and IP disputes.

Priority needs include IP/patent litigation, mass tort and product liability defense, corporate governance and ERISA‑related matters. The firm is open to partners with a portable practice who can contribute existing client relationships and help grow the local platform.

• Proven partner or senior counsel with a strong litigation or IP practice
• Track record of originating or managing client relationships; portable book of business preferred
• Experience in mass tort/product liability, IP litigation or corporate governance/ERISA matters
• Ability to work collaboratively across offices and mentor junior lawyers
