Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its New York litigation and intellectual property team. The role is focused on patent litigation, leading high-stakes matters, supervising litigation teams, and advising on IP strategy across complex commercial and technology disputes.

The ideal candidate will bring a portable practice and an established book of business in patent litigation, will take a leading role in client development, and will collaborate with cross-practice teams on matters that may involve commercial and finance-related issues.

Established partner-level experience in patent litigation and IP disputes.
Proven track record of business development and a portable book of business in the IP space.
Experience supervising teams and managing complex, high-value litigation matters.
Bar admission and good standing in the relevant jurisdiction (New York preferred) and ability to work on cross-border or finance-related issues as needed.
