Leading national law firm seeking a partner to join its New York litigation team with a focus on patent litigation and antitrust matters. The role will sit at the intersection of life‑sciences and technology disputes and high‑stakes antitrust litigation tied to private equity transactions.

The partner will handle complex, trial‑level matters, work with cross‑disciplinary teams, and develop business in key industry sectors including private equity, life sciences and tech. A portable practice or existing client relationships are welcome.

The team operates with an open compensation approach and offers partnership leadership opportunities within a broad litigation and IP platform.

Established partner or counsel with significant patent litigation experience, ideally in life‑sciences and/or technology
Track record in antitrust litigation or competition matters, particularly those arising from private‑equity work
Proven trial and motion practice skills and experience managing teams on complex disputes
Strong business development record and ability to bring or grow client relationships; portable book of business welcome
Admission to practice in New York (or ability to qualify)
