Partner, Litigation (International) — Sioux Falls

Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established litigation team in Sioux Falls with a focus on international disputes and arbitration. The role will handle cross-border commercial litigation and international arbitration matters for a broad client base.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative practice that works with regional and global colleagues on high-stakes, complex matters. This is an opportunity to build and lead work in a market with growing demand for international dispute resolution expertise.

• Established litigation partner with demonstrable experience in international disputes and arbitration.
• Proven trial and/or arbitration advocacy skills and experience managing complex, cross-border matters.
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships; a portable practice or track record of originating business is desirable.
• Strong leadership, mentoring ability, and experience managing a team of associates and support staff.
