Well-established regional office seeks a litigation partner to lead and expand its disputes practice in the Long Island / Melville market. The role focuses on managing complex commercial litigation matters across state and federal forums, supervising junior lawyers, and collaborating with transactional colleagues when matters intersect.

The successful candidate will be expected to originate and develop business, handle significant courtroom and motion practice, and contribute to client relationship management. This is a visible role providing leadership within a busy litigation team and opportunities to build a portable practice.

Proven record as a litigation partner or senior counsel with substantial trial and motion experience
Licensed to practice in New York (or eligible to be) with strong courtroom presence
Experience supervising associates and managing case budgets and staffing
Demonstrable business development skills and a track record of client relationship cultivation
