An established litigation partner is sought to join a well‑regarded German law firm’s Munich dispute resolution team. The role offers senior responsibility for leading complex commercial litigation, managing a team of litigation lawyers and developing practice strategy.

The successful candidate will handle high-value, cross-border and domestic disputes across industries, appear before state courts and arbitral tribunals as required, and work closely with clients on case strategy and risk management. This is a visible leadership role with scope to shape the team and grow the practice.

Established partner track record in commercial litigation or dispute resolution.
Proven courtroom and/or arbitral advocacy experience and experience managing case teams.
Ability to originate and develop client relationships; a portable client base is desirable.
Strong German and English language skills; excellent drafting and negotiation abilities.
