Established national litigation team is seeking a lateral partner to join its New York office. The role will focus on commercial litigation across a range of industries and will involve leading matters, supervising associates, and developing client relationships.

The team handles complex, high-stakes disputes and seeks an experienced trial lawyer who can contribute substantively from day one. The hiring group values practical courtroom experience, strong writing and oral advocacy, and the ability to grow a client-oriented practice.

Proven litigation partner-level experience with significant responsibility for trial and courtroom work.
Track record of originating or expanding client relationships; ability to develop a portable practice is desirable.
Strong litigation drafting, strategy, and case-management skills; experience supervising junior lawyers.
Active admission to the New York bar or eligibility to be admitted.
