Lateral Partner Litigation, New York

Senior litigation partner role in a leading U.S. litigation practice based in New York. The role focuses on complex commercial litigation and international arbitration, taking a lead on high-stakes disputes, courtroom and arbitral advocacy, and strategic client advice.

The partner will manage and grow a team of litigators, supervise case strategy and discovery, and work closely with clients on cross-border matters. The team handles bet-the-company commercial disputes and international arbitrations across industries.

Applicants should have an established, portable litigation practice and existing client relationships that can be brought to the role.

• Proven partner-level litigation experience, including trial and arbitration advocacy.
• Significant experience handling complex commercial disputes and international arbitration.
• Established, portable client relationships / book of business.
• Experience leading teams and managing major matters from intake through resolution.
• Admission to the New York bar (or eligibility) and excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
