Litigation Partner – New York

We are a small, collegial firm with a market-leading litigation practice—larger than our corporate practice—and a deliberate strategy to grow selectively at the senior level. We are seeking a litigation partner (or counsel) to join our New York office. This is an open-ended, practice-group-agnostic search within litigation: we welcome individuals or small groups with strong portable practices and a track record of generation. As a firm, we prize initiative, cultural fit, and the ability to build and grow a practice in a collaborative, transparent environment where all partners share in the firm's success.

Our firm is intentionally small, with offices in New York, Washington D.C., Miami, Paris, and Kansas City. We do a significant amount of cross-border work through trusted local relationships rather than a large branch network. Partners enjoy immediate recognition for their work and contributions, with a compensation structure that rewards performance from day one. We are focused on cultural alignment as much as practice area, and we are open to exceptional junior profiles with strong business plans and networks, even without a portable book.
