Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its New York litigation team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality civil litigation and trial work across commercial disputes and related matters.

The successful candidate will help grow and lead a busy practice, work closely with other partners and practice groups, and play a visible role in client development and case strategy. A portable practice or book of business is welcome.

Proven partner-level litigation experience in New York courts and federal courts.
Strong track record of managing complex commercial disputes and leading trial teams.
Established client relationships and demonstrable business development ability (portable practice welcomed).
Active admission to the New York bar or eligibility to become admitted.
Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
