Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Birmingham litigation team with a substantive securities and white-collar practice. The role will involve leading complex civil and regulatory litigation, defending enforcement matters, and advising corporate and private clients on securities-related disputes.

The partner will be expected to build and develop client relationships, supervise associates, and drive origination. The team handles a mix of contingency- and fee-sensitive work for private and institutional clients.

Proven track record leading litigation and securities matters at partner level
Experience with white-collar or enforcement defense preferred
Demonstrable client development and people-management skills; portable practice preferred
Bar admission and standing to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
