Senior trial and litigation lawyer sought to join a well-established national US firm’s Birmingham office. The role will focus on employment and labor matters, handling contested litigation and strategic counseling for commercial and workplace disputes.

The position requires a partner-caliber candidate able to manage high-value matters, lead teams in and out of court, and work closely with existing litigation and employment practices. There is an expectation of contributing to business development and helping grow the regional practice.

Established partner-level background in employment/labor litigation and counseling.
Proven trial and courtroom experience; capable of leading teams on complex matters.
Track record of originating or developing client relationships; comfortable with business development expectations and building a portable practice.
Active bar admission for practice in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to work from the Birmingham office.
