Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Birmingham litigation team with a focus on securities and white-collar matters. The role will involve leading significant civil and regulatory litigation, supervising associates, and developing litigation strategy across federal and state courts.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record handling complex securities disputes and white-collar or regulatory investigations. This is a partner-level opening where bringing a portable practice and client relationships will be an advantage.

Established partner with substantial experience in commercial litigation and securities-related matters.
Experience handling white-collar investigations or regulatory enforcement matters preferred.
Proven trial and motion practice; strong written and oral advocacy skills.
Demonstrable ability to manage and develop client relationships; portable book of business welcomed.
