An established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Birmingham litigation team. The role will focus on commercial litigation, labor & employment matters, and industry-related disputes in healthcare and construction.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, handle complex disputes across state and federal fora, and help grow the firm s regional practice. This is a partner-level opportunity with significant client-facing responsibility and the ability to build a portable practice.

Proven partner-level litigation and labor & employment experience, including healthcare and construction-related matters.
Track record of originating or expanding client relationships and business development capability; portable practice preferred.
Strong written and oral advocacy skills and experience in state and federal courts.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission.
