Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Des Moines litigation team with a focus on securities and related white-collar matters. The role combines courtroom and regulatory work, advising clients on enforcement, investigations and civil securities litigation.

The team handles a broad range of contentious matters for corporate and individual clients; the partner will lead significant matters, supervise junior lawyers and collaborate with cross‑office colleagues on multijurisdictional issues.

There is an expectation of active business development and client relationship management; candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable client origination history will be strongly considered.

Established litigation partner with substantial securities and/or white‑collar experience
Proven trial or contested‑hearing experience and appellate exposure preferred
Demonstrated client development and relationship management skills; portable business preferred
Bar admission in Iowa or willingness to become admitted
Ability to supervise and mentor associates and work collaboratively across teams
