Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Detroit litigation team. The role focuses on securities-related disputes and white-collar matters, handling complex commercial and regulatory litigation for institutional and corporate clients.

The successful candidate will lead matters, develop client relationships, and mentor junior lawyers within a busy litigation practice. The position is open to candidates with an existing portable practice or demonstrated business development capability.

Proven track record as a trial or senior litigation lawyer with securities and/or white-collar experience
Established client development skills; openness to bringing a portable practice
Strong leadership and team management experience, including mentoring junior attorneys
Admission to practice in the relevant state and ability to handle federal matters
