Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Phoenix litigation team with a strong securities and white-collar defense practice. The role will handle complex commercial and regulatory disputes, representing corporate and individual clients in high-stakes matters across federal and state forums.

The position offers responsibility for leading matters, supervising junior lawyers, and expanding an existing practice in the region. Candidates who can bring or develop client relationships and who have demonstrable trial or hearing experience will be prioritized.

Admission to the state bar in the hiring office (or willingness to obtain admission)
Established litigation background with specific experience in securities disputes and/or white-collar defense
Proven trial, hearing, or significant motion practice experience
Track record of managing teams and mentoring junior lawyers; business development or portable client relationships desirable
