Established national firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Tampa litigation team, with a focus on securities and white-collar-related matters. The role will handle complex commercial and regulatory disputes, lead trials and investigations, and advise private clients on litigation strategy.

The successful candidate will lead engagements, manage and mentor associates, and work with clients across sectors. The group offers collaboration with experienced litigators and flexible billing arrangements to meet client needs.

Proven partner-level litigation background with significant securities and/or white-collar experience
Trial and investigation experience; ability to lead complex commercial disputes
Track record of managing teams and developing client relationships; portable practice considered
Bar admission in Florida or ability to obtain admission; Tampa presence required
