Senior partner role for an established international firm seeking an experienced M&A partner to strengthen its Paris corporate team. The position sits within the firm s M&A practice with a focus on private equity and industrial M&A.

This hire will complement an existing Energy & Infrastructure M&A capability and help cover an immediate need for additional partner-level capacity on complex transactions. A portable practice is preferred.

Proven partner-level experience in private equity and/or industrial M&A transactions
Track record advising on energy and infrastructure-related deals desirable
Ability to generate and bring a portable client base
Strong deal management, business development and team leadership skills
