Senior litigation partner role in Chicago seeking an experienced leader to join a national practice focused on patent litigation (life sciences & technology) and antitrust matters connected to corporate transactions. The position sits within a broad commercial litigation platform that also interfaces with corporate and energy teams.

The team handles complex, high-stakes disputes and provides strategic counseling to sophisticated clients, including private equity and technology companies. The firm operates an open compensation system and is looking for a partner who can both lead cases and help grow the practice locally and nationally.

Established partner-level litigation experience with a focus on patent litigation and antitrust/competition matters; experience representing private equity or technology clients preferred.
Proven trial and/or contested litigation record and ability to supervise teams on complex matters.
Portable client relationships and a demonstrable ability to originate and grow business.
Admission to the relevant state bar and excellent client-facing and leadership skills.
